Like another said, stop inviting her out with you and your boyfriend. Be like "Tonight me and my boyfriend are going out to dinner." She will probably be waiting for an invite and when she doesn't get one she will be..sad. Make it apparent that you and your boy are going out without inviting her a few more times and she should eventually catch on.
While it's okay for a friend to have a little crush on their friends boyfriend it's not okay when those feelings are expressed. I mean, you know he's a great catch. That's why you're with him.
