My feelings cannot respect opinions

  • Opinions are irrelevant in every way shape or form. Unless you can back up your thoughts with legitimate reasons they do not matter. Everyone in the world has a different moral code. People need to realize they are not the only ones living on this planet.

    "Cannibalism is bad in one country but ok in others". If I want to say cannibalism is wrong I need reasons to support why I think this.

    Now its dangerous because of the results it might have. If we suddenly say people are on the menu people will be looking at each other as possible meals. So you can no longer feel safe among other people. Not to mention it could get easily abused by the higher ups that might use it for genocide. So cannibalism should not be legal.

    This also can be applied to things that are pointless but not harmful. The reasoning that god does not exist means that praying is pointless. Yes it might be pointless if its true he doesn't. It is not hurting anyone though. So if he exist or not why should you attack them for it?
