My father was born with blondish hair

To be more clear he is black I have seen some of his baby pictures and he had blondish hair.

The same thing with one of my sisters.

I thought only whites could get blond hair I'm confused is there any explanation for it?

It got more brown over time same with my sister.

    It's actually pretty normal for babies to be born with light hair and have it darken over time regardless of race. Also I know quite a few Puerto Ricans that have natural blonde hair, so I'm not sure why you thought only whites could be blonde. XD
