My father is off his rocker.

My father is one of those people who is never satisfied with things until he has a reason to be indescribably angry. Never is a day complete without him suddenly careening into an endless fit of screaming rage over such little things as: the dog knocked over the piano bench, there was a loose thread in my dress pants and it RUINED MY DAY!, the f**king toaster is taking too long, your sister needs a ride to work tomorrow afternoon (but instead of simply asking you if you can drive her to work, I would rather mope and stomp around the house while muttering incoherently).

The most meaningless things will set him off. Yet instead of even considering the fact that maybe, just maybe hes got a problem, he chooses to turn it around and blame it all on the cat for looking at him strangely.

I cant deal with him. I fear for the safety of my pets (whom I take excellent care of, just to clear that up) and my personal property. My father has a habit of throwing things, and every now and then that 'thing' happens to be the cat.

Hes off his f**king rocker and theres nothing I can do about it but hope to get another job soon so that I can get back in my own place and move on with my life.
