My farts stink like open sewage

You just think that you co-workers don't know that you farted. They know.

I remember having some as a child that were likened to sewage. I don't know what was wrong with me or what I must've been eating to cause that to happen. I doubt it's normal.

I can’t make a diagnosis but I am in health care and can give you a possibility. It could be that you are not digesting a certain enzyme properly. Do you suffer from any type of skin conditions? (Eczema, psoriasis, hives)
