My farts really smell. I mean, REALLY smell. I clear rooms. Sometimes I leave too.. And they dont seem to be affected by what I eat or drink - I used to blame drinking stella, or having a high sugar level (im diabetic) or eating certain foods. I mean, if i eat omelettes for tea then obviously they smell a bit eggy, and they dont always stink. But when they do they REALLY do.
Ive tried not drinkin stella, and not drinking lager at all, but even alcohol free days it seems that my arse just hates me and everyone I meet.
Ive tried being careful with what I eat, what times I eat, whether I have breakfast or not, what I have etc but it seems random.
And it used to be fact that silent ones smelled, and loud were ok but that just isn't true anymore.
Any advice?? Help me and help my girlfriend!!

    Try to blame somebody around you. Like if your buddy Matt and Bob is with you and you fart say "for fuck sake Bob this is gross". Pay attention to your mimics, your face can betray you. But its just a matter of practice!

    It could be caused by:
    Foods high in sulfur including eggs, meat, cabbage and beer;
    Gastroparesis;
    Irritable bowel syndrome;
    Gut fermentation;
    Food intolerance; or
    Bowel obstruction

    Talk to a nutritionist. It doesn't sound like you are giving it enough time. It can take weeks to flush your body foul odor causing foods and a few more to let it know what normal is.
