I don't really get why you would ask if this is normal...It's not. Ask your suroundings (people not connected to your family) if they do this and you'll find out no one does this. Have fun with the family demon rituals 'n shit.
Didn't realise it at first glance. Then again i'm an atheist and no one in my life has ever forced me into a church unless if it's a funeral. So 'scuse me for being clueless. And shove your downvote up yer arse!
