One side of the story is all anyone will ever get. Now that this has been going on for nine years, this particular son's inheritance will go directly to his kids. He will only be eligible for sentimental items from the estate. He knows this but has no interest in changing things.
She would say that a minority of people on Planet Earth don't deserve to live. Not because of how they live or what they have done, but because of the way they were when they were born. People like this deserve to suffer. Unfortunately, this includes some of her in-laws. (She would say this in her far away voice like the cat-in-the-hat.)
My son would say that just the sound of my voice brings him to the edge of physical violence. He is not violent, nor does he have violent tendencies. I think it's just intense hatred, mostly from normal adolescent discipline in response to him smashing up his car every couple of weeks in high school. He is narcissistic and hates people who think he is wrong.

He refuses to talk to me. For all I know, he may not want to get poisoned. Silence is powerful. Lawyers use it all the time.

Well, what do you suppose they would say if they could speak for themselves, and their actions?

Damn!
What does she mean, by the way some people were when they were born?
