I am an LDS man, but unlike you no one in my family is Mormon because I am a convert. You need to do what you feel is right. If you don't have a testimony of the Church, then dont pretend to be something you are not. If your family can't except that, then you will be better off without them.
I married a Mormon and her family is very devout, but she has 2 gay cousins, and while no one likes their decision, everyone has accepted it and still cares for them.
