My ex thinks we are still in a relation?

Well recently my on and off girlfriend and I broke up. We usually go on and off so this is nothing out of the ordinary. After this break-up though I have no interest in going back into a relation with her... but we did fuck just a little while ago while broken up.

I was talking with her about it and what we did and I thought I made it clear that I don't want to be in a relationship, more of just friends. It seemed like she understood. Yet the both of us are exceedingly horny individuals so we ended up fucking when we met up with each other, and I really don't know if that will ever stop. So now she calls me acting like we are once again in a relationship calling me boyfriend and baby, ect.

So then... what the hell is going on? Is it normal that she thinks we are in a relation just because we fucked?... or is she just batshit insane? Or am I insane for letting this happen?

...and what should I do about the whole thing? Should I tell her "Whoa we aren't in a relation because we had sex"? Shes an awesome friend and I don't NOT want to be friends with her but the fact that she thinks we are in a relation has got to stop. I have no interest in going back into a relation with her.

    You apparently didn't make it clear to her that having sex does not mean you're in a relationship. So tell her what you told the Internet -- that she's an awesome friend, that you want to be friends with her, but you don't want to be in a relationship, and you're sorry that you miscommunicated otherwise. Now, here's the hard part -- you need to find out whether she's able to have sex with you but not be in a relationship. If not, then the sex has to stop.
