Get him help. Get him to a Dr or Psychiatrist or both. Protect your children from this too, they don't understand and can't cope with such stuff. Don't take them away from him (unless he is dangerous or a risk), try and get organised visitations. Most importantly, get him help. I can not stress that enough. Without help he won't get better and most likely will get worse and that will truly mess up your kids.
