Blood kinks are relatively common. In that way, i'd say it's normal. If you pretended to be into it to get him off and complain once the relationship is over, i don't feel bad for you at all. It's his kink and you could have said no. With that being said, if you DID say no and he manipulated you or forced you into it, of course it's not normal and it's not okay.
