What a selfish bastard, there's nothing special about hurting yourself so a piece of shit like him can get off. He's a giant steaming piece of shit!
When someone you are dating asks you to do something like that not only should you say no, but the first time some scumbag asks you to hurt yourself so he can get off should be the last time, the best thing you can do is to dump that sort of person like the big, steaming turd he is.
