Not normal, and you've got it all backwards. The dreams aren't making you violent, you pent-up hatred and anger are causing the violent dreams. Dreams are messages from your subconscious, but you're not picking them up. You need to talk to someone who can help you understand and diffuse your violent tendencies ASAP, before you act on them. Good luck.
Yeah, I agree. If you dwell on these thoughts so much, it will bound to make you dream of it, too. After watching the walking dead, I kept dreaming about zombies...
I didn't mean to be rude, sorry it came off that way. I get what you're saying but I just really don't think that is the answer. I think I am beginning to go crazy, honestly. I am steadily losing the ability -and desire- to separate real life, fantasy and dreams. I used to care, I used to try to sort out "was that real or a dream? did that really happen?" but lately I quit doing that for the most part. Why should I? I can't come up with a good enough reason to bother anymore. I'd imagine it will get much worse from here on out.
First of all, crazy people don't think they're crazy, but if you have trouble perceiving reality, maybe you should see a psych. for a diagnosis. A little medication may do you a world of good. Hope this helps.
My dreams are *really* affecting my waking life. IIN?
