My difficult uncle

ok..i have an uncle...age 50 something..
he had a hard life..he used to do drugs..hot tempered..smokes..
so he kinda lives like shit..
his brother aka my dad took him into our home..
at first it was kinda okay havin him here..
oh..my grandma also lives with us..
so ok..
my uncle he got a job..
but he never pays for anything..
i mean anything..
food,rent or anything shit..
he lives here for free man..
he only uses his money for his personal use..
like smokes and shit..
but he always complains of short of cash..
dad thinks he is into drugs again..
so what da u guys thinks?
and also..
he has a car...under his name..
but he NEVER pays for it..dad pays all of it..
even for maintenance and shit..
whenever anyone would like to use the damn car..he always makes excuses so that no one can use it..
it kinda pisses everyone else..
hey i know he is my uncle..
but i've and my siblings have lost all respect to him..mybe..i dunno...
what should i do?
i'm kinda scared he's gonna go coocoo and go crazy..if we did anything to offend him..
