It's sad, but true, that our society strongly values physical beauty; even toddlers are afraid of the elderly. The drawback is: physical beauty, even if it is achieved, won't last a lifetime.
Since physical beauty is not available to the masses, we (as people) try to suppress the urge to value it, to civilize ourselves past our primal urges.
You have two choices:
1)Get plastic surgery, like Roxco suggested, or
2)Suppress that desire and accept your rightful place in the hierarchy of physical beauty in your world.
