I don't see the problem. Well actually, believe it or not there are a ton of weeboos out there (that's what you call anime obsessed people) I think she'll fine where she belongs. However, the merchandise part can get expensive so I recommend you encourage her to get a job to pay for the things she wants. I don't think she'll picked on though, I'm pretty sure she'll find people who like anime as much as she. In the meantime try to join her, ask if you and her could watch a show in English. Maybe you've heard of Inuyasha, try bonding with her, don't look at this as a way to treat your daughter differently.
