Yes, the images expire on the app, but there is nothing stopping the recipient taking a screen shot and saving the photo, rendering the expiration completely useless.

Both she and whoever receives the image could be in a lot of trouble if she does this. Explain to her that you can't stop her but it's really not worth the risk. If she is found out, she will be put on a sex offenders list, even receive a suspended sentence. You're not trying to scare her, but the reality is scary and she needs to know it.

I dont know where you live but kids have been arrested for sending child porn after being caught in school texting naked pics to each other. Totally absurd, but it happens. If she's under 18 it actually is something you want to be careful with, since that is possession and distribution of child pornography if you are in USA.
