My dad said i look like a terrorist in front of my girlfriend

I’m growing a beard for Movember, anyways I brought my girlfriend home like I’ve done many times before and my dad who apparently isn’t a fan of it just blurted our, you look like a terrorist.

I was pretty taken aback by that comment and so was my girlfriend, is it normal for fathers to blurt our stupid shit or is this not common. I’m getting my own place soon so thankfully I won’t have to worry anymore.

Yes, because everyone knows that every terrorist always wears a beard.

That fact is a key feature in the programming of the uber-secret CIA autonomous drones that can kill without human intervention.

Speaking as a father, I can confirm that dads are merely human, and some of us sometimes say really stupid shit. Some dads even blurt out stuff which demonstrates that, although they may appear to be rational and reasonably intelligent, they're actually idiots who believe the crude stereotypes peddled by the most noxious fringes of the alt-right.

I suggest you print out a picture of the 9/11 hijackers, point out the total absence of beards, and suggest that your father is the one who actually looks like a terrorist.

Your dad is probably one of those guys here that keep asking if it's normal to suck dick because they find it funny to talk about two peepee touching each other in the mouth.

Shrug it off and maybe fire something clever back next time. It’s actually a sign he sees you as another man, and not a kid. And guy friends will give each other crap like that.

It sounds like a silly comment, so don't worry about it. Tough if he doesn't like your beard, it's your face and you're growing it for a good cause.

  • This reminds me when my dad first met my boyfriend he asked him if he was a terrorist because he’s tan. White but tan compaired to my pail family that can’t tan easy. I’m sure he was just trying to be funny.
