  • I never understood the issue with weight its quite easy to lose. Sometimes I get lazy and gain weight but when I decide to lose it its easy with intermittent fasting that is what works the best. Only eat when you get off work. Skip breakfast and lunch, and take vitamins. After about 3 days your body is used to it and you dont even feel hungry until after work. You'll start losing several pounds the first week. In 3 months ill go from 240 to 215.
