    I'm sorry you haven't been doing well the last few months. I find therapy helpful, maybe it could help you too

      I definitely will take therapy some day, I plan do to it when I move out of my parents home. I can’t do it while living with them, they will be harsh about it. They aren’t empathetic or understanding at all
