Well after a week of talking on the phone for 2 hours each night (so she says), my friend changed her status on FB to engaged. I immediately thought it was a joke and asked her about it. She said it wasn't a joke and that Jared was very serious with her and he said he'd let her pick out an engagement ring next weekend.
