Is that normal? what do I say to that it sounds gross. She just randomly asked this I'm visiting family and I have not seen her in a while. Last time I saw her we were about seven I don't know why she would ask this.

Seriously, your cousin was acting jacked up, so don't feel guilty if he, or she gets in trouble for being a shithead.
In some countries (Japan for example) it's considered normal to perform such acts with a cousin (as long as they're your 2nd cousin). That said, it's still rather abnormal and one of the more taboo acts. Your cousin likely enjoyed the idea of it being "wrong" as the thought of doing something you shouldn't is a significant turn on for many people. You clearly don't want any part in it so I'd suggest following the advice of some other commenters and inform your folks.
