    Ask your brother if he actually ever had sex with her? just figure out who's the father, she can go get a small job and help pay for expenses.

    And have your parents explain the situation.

      explain the situation to her. she's is being boarded up for free, she can deal with what you give ehr or get a job and buy her own things.
