Unseasoned chickpea paste fondue with weird, big uncut vegetables to dip. Cupcakes piled high with that cheap artificial frosting you get in the tubes. Other really gross stuff. The only flavor she understands is sugar. If it's not a dessert it gets no seasoning. Also, no meat.
Did she grow up in a household where nobody actually cooked anything from scratch? Unfortunately, that's pretty common these days.
It's also increasingly common these days to be a member of the vegan cult, and vegan food has an entirely justified reputation for being crap. It's not all bad, but it seems there's something about the mindset that means vegans actually enjoy it. Sorta like, "Look at me! I'm so holy and so much better than you that I'm happy to suffer eating this gunk because I know it's pure!"
As for the lack of seasoning, that's pretty weird too. Maybe she grew up eating bland food and so that's the norm for her.
All in all, it sounds like the problem here is that you have a more sophisticated palate than hers, and she simply doesn't realise that her cooking is awful and poorly presented.
My brother's new girlfriend's cooking is horrendous
