There are a lot of old wive's tales about babies born from incest, even biology, DNA and other studies do not provide a statistic basis for decision making. The chances of having outstanding off spring(s) are probably the same as having some kind of birth defect. Much is dependent on your inherited genes, are your four grandparents healthy, intelligent, ugly, beautiful, etc? Your child will inherit these characteristics.
