bad advice but works: kick him in the crotch. not too hard but enough to prove that you can retaliate and hurt him back when he does dumb shit. he will begin to learn to not do it because youre dominant and can return the pain. it happens. its really common for siblings to be like this and one day he will realize he needs to get his shit on track and not be a douche if he actually wants to get chicks
