My brain squirms like a toad sometimes

Yes, often my brain seems to squirm like a toad. I never know what words are going to pop out of my mouth. Usually, I am constantly probing others for the juicy details of their private sexual encounters. This makes me feel better, but only for a short time. There it goes again, the involuntary squirm feeling. I think this is probably normal, but I am not sure.
