My brain is forcing me to watch all the tv shows that i stopped watching

Hey guys,
I don't exactly how to describe my problem, but I will try my best.
My brain is forcing me to finish all the TV shows that I left unfinished. For example, If I stopped watching an 'X' show after 1 episode, my brain will force me to watch the show at least until the first season.
It's getting worse. I even made a list of TV shows and movies I left unfinished.
So, my question is: Is it normal for me to stop watching a TV show or movie or a YT video in the middle and never revisit it to finish it?
How many of you have stopped watching a TV show or a movie or a TV in the middle and never finished it?

        I'm not sure, I haven't really gotten over it myself yet. Maybe to start with you could make a compromise with your brain to watch the first 3 episodes of each show, and then if you don't want to continue you'll allow yourself to stop watching them. Then gradually you could reduce that down to 2 episodes and then to 1 episode. I'm really not sure what's the best way to get over it though.

    I don't understand how your "brain is forcing you". Do you mean, like, you have a nagging feeling that you have to finish what you watch, or what?
