Anything you don't want to talk about is none of anybody's business. Even if you are in a relationship with them.
I dated a girl for 4 years who had ptsd and she never even talked about most her issues. It wasn't my business. She was so secretive I didn't even know what her last name was for sure for the first year I lived with her. (although she used a few inconsistent last names).
