If the thought of having sex with a man other than your current boyfriend makes you uncomfortable, don't do it if you don't want to. It may arouse him but doing that for the sake of making him happy isn't worth it. In my opinion I think you should tell him it upsets you. If he doesn't know he may be encouraged to continue talking about it. So you should tell him and only do it if you are willing.
