My boyfriend suddenly trips during sex/when i give him head?

When my boyfriend and I aren't sexual, everything is fine. But as soon as sex starts, he can get very paranoid. He'll interrupt me when I'm giving him head because he thinks he sees someone in the room touching me or watching us. Sometimes he thinks I am performing for this other person or people instead of focusing on him. It's even worse when this happens during actual intercourse. Then later on he'll be upset with me for giving him "blue balls"! I feel scared/wary to be intimate with him because of this. I think he picks up on my apprehension as a mark against him, like I don't really want to be with him. I believe this fuels his paranoia even further. Is any of this possibly normal?

    He has big problems he needs to address with professional help and I'd be taking a break from this relationship if I were you

      Yes a long break, like a life time break.

      Don't try to fix broken people, don't let guilt etc. attach you to a broken person.

    Have you tried to talk to him about all of this? Tell him he needs to get psychiatric help or else you can't be with him. He sounds hella paranoid, to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if he's hearing voices and hallucinating.

    We agree with devils advocate, he obviously needs physchiatric help immediately and if he takes any Street drugs they could make it far worse to the point that your life may be in danger. If you are not too much in love with him quickly & carefully get out of your relationship if you can't or don't want to then for your safety sake make him seek help he has MAJOR problems & it will only get worse.
