Okay, I think what you need to do here, sugar, is clear; you need to start reading and learning about setting boundaries! It's not healthy to let other people manipulate you with their sob stories about the past. Don't ever do anything that risks your health and wellbeing just to make some idiot happy.

To be completely honest a guy who absolutely refuses to wear a condom is just a selfish piece of shit who doesn't care about anything, or anyone, but his own pmeasure. For all you know he could have already transmitted an STD to you. Not all sexually transmitted diseases have obvious symptoms, and sometimes people who have a disease test negative for whatever reason.
It doesn't matter whether or not he realizes that he acts like an asshole, what matters is that he is an asshole. You shouldn't tolerate his shitty behavior, he's not a keeper.
