OPs bf is probably the first person she knew with aspergers. There's no reason for everyone to be rude to her. That's why I don't post questions anymore. We're here to give answers to those who need them, not attack others for asking questions. What has happened to our community?
Now for my answer. OP, aspergers has many different forms and not every symptom applies to everyone. They also vary greatly in personality. The only difference is the way people with aspergers interact and communicate. Like, as another poster mentioned, social cues and what is appropriate in given situations.
Ikr, every time I ask a serious question all I get are rude answers and dumb insults from braindead keyboard warriors and bullies. :( Is it normal isn't really the same anymore
Since most of the community is a bunch of European/Australian trash that all went to college, have a stick up their asses, and think they are above everyone.
