My boyfriend would never tell me about his sexual fantasies, and I finally got him to open up about them. He said he fantasizes about dragons that turn into people and get it on. Now, I KNEW that he loved dragons...but not this much. And honestly I'm a little creeped out that he's so turned on by the thought of dragon-people babymakin'. Is it just me, or fantasizing about this really strange?
I think it is normal. And it is kind of amusing too. The shock of the revelation is what has taken you aback. I think that once you are over the initial shock of it, it will be okay. And if you are able to get over it, your relationship will grow stronger because your boyfriend was honest with you and was apprehensive about telling you. Now that he has told you and if you choose to act on that in a supportive manner it will build trust.
It might be a little strange to you; that's okay. My girlfriend and I have stuff that we like that is a little strange to the other.
It can be used to really surprise him for a birthday, anniversary etc, if you have a piece of artwork done or if you can dress in a dragon costume for him. It would totally make his day.
I've never heard of anyone likin dragons in that way before, so in that sense it is kinda strange, but I don't see any harm in it. One of my friends apparently has a thing for elf porn, which I don't understand, but whatever I suppose :L. As long as he's still attracted to you too it'll be fine : )
Go check out 'vore' and 'furries' - It's pretty normal actually, millions of people across the planet identify more with a animal or a mythical creature then their human body - but that's only one part of their sexual nature I think, so... don't worry! I guess it is creepy, but it's something that's installed in humans from a young age and he'll need a shrink to fix.
