    Some guys require a little more foreplay to get fully excited and hard. Try giving him oral next time before attempting intercourse!

    Could be low testosterone, that's becoming more common, even for guys in their 20's.
    Another issue facing many guys is the residual fallout from overuse of Viagra and the like. They play around with it in college, like having the extended erection, then it almost becomes a necessity.
