Someone with that type of personality with that kind of hateful outlook of others does not seem to even be exemplifying Christianity in the slightest. You are meant to "love your neighbor as yourself." He may not even be a Christian. There are people that believe in God that are not Christians. Such cases would be Deists, possibly spirit channelers, another religion entirely, etc. If he is making himself out to be a Christian though, I find it very hard to grasp that he truly is one. No, it is neither right of him nor can I say it is "normal."
