If he still takes time out to spend with you and pays you attention, like you said he does. Let him have the bar to himself for awhile it lets him get a brake from you for a while and escape. Im not saying you are bad or he hates you most people need some form of escape or brake from thier partner every now and than. If you know if he isn't doing anything bad id say let him have it and enjoy it with him when you are 21. If it is still really bothering you just talk to him about it obviously.
