My boss threaten me

She didn't explain why but was standing beside me and said "if you don't do your job right then u will be in trouble". I had the same job for a year and nothing has changed about how I work

    If it has been a year, and you're still not doing your job right, you deserve to be fired. If she won't tell you what you're doing wrong, she deserves a throat punch.
