She's a nutcase who's taken a dislike to you for some reason. If she's the boss of the business you can't do much about it except leave but if there are people above her I'd suggest recording her behaviour and reporting her further up the hierarchy.
I'd be looking for another job if I were you, but this could be difficult if you need a reference from her.
Alternatively, if you can manage it, you could laugh appreciatively at every ridiculous statement and thank her effusively each time.
