Obviously, reporting him is not in your plans, or you would have already. Also, not feasible.
However, START keeping a journal of EVERYTHING he says and does. Get a date book, note the time, the day, situation [alone in the stock room, etc], the exact words. Tell a friend daily of his advances. After a time, he will fire you for not putting out, or because he thinks someone else will, and he gives them your job.
THAT'S when you tell him, or just file charges. You will need the book and friend for court. Also, maybe see a Dr. for anti- anxiety stuff, or a counselor to sound off to. If it ever comes to court, you sign a waiver allowing them to testify concerning your info, and when you 1st notified them. The least you can do is report him to the labor board- if it comes to that.
What he has been doing is highly illegal, but we all know [OK, WOMEN all know] that realistically, no one gives a shit about the employee, the justice system has more to do than go after him, and it is literally his word against yours.
Likely, his GF will back HIM. IF anything happens, he will say, and she will 'confirm', that YOU have done this, YOU have made the advances, and are blackmailing him for a huge raise.
Lastly, if you are brave enough, TELL him [maybe making sure she is within earshot around the corner] that he is being inappropriate, that you love your job, but it has to stop, as YOU don't feel like he is kidding [another one of his defenses].
