How is it a "good" job if you have to put up with this nonsense? There are few things in the workplace that are worse than having someone in authority over you persist in making unwanted advances.
I don't know what sort of work you do, but this situation is bound to put a strain on other aspects of your life. You don't have a lot of choices here. You can continue to endure the present situation, which I don't think is going to do much for your self-esteem. You can tell him straight out that you aren't interested and risk the consequences. Or you can start looking for another suitable job while you continue to suffer his advances, and hope that something else comes up soon. Threatening to tell his girlfriend probably isn't an option because if she breaks up with him, it will either piss him off or make him more inclined to pursue you if he's free.
One way or another, if you tell him, you may very likely be risking your present employment. Only you know how much of his harassment you can safely take before psychological and/or physical stress begins to take its toll on you.
