Yes!! First of all, bodies come in all shapes and sizes - being "unproportionate" is super common (people often try to hide this with clothing choices and such though). Second, you may have what they call a pear body shape? Which is also super common and really cute!
Not being able to find bras is annoying but you're definitely not alone there lol. It's like they only make bras for a tiny sliver of the sizes people actually are.
