With the internet and the easing of sexual morals, I don't see this as a deal breaker in a loving relationship.
Perhaps it is a temporary condition for him, perhaps not, but would you trade your relationship with him for another, probably not better in any other way, except for the sex?
There is internet porn, toys galore and other stuff I'm sure, out there that you could get your pleasure with, and still remain faithful to your guy.
Of, of course, if it's not a terrific relationship any way, it just might be time to move on.
