There is a difference between being in a relationship with:
A) someone who is not physically attracted to you and
B) someone who is physically attracted to you but is unable to act upon that attraction in a traditional sense.
In situation A, you are unwanted, both your physical and emotional needs are not being met. In this situation, a person might seek out the missing attention from someone else, or leave the relationship altogether.
In situation B, you are wanted and your emotional needs are met, yet there are challenges to the physical aspect of the relationship. Those challenges could be overcome with some creativity. As long as the relationship remains a loving one and all the other needs are being met, then there is very little reason for infidelity.
So, to answer your question, it is normal to be faithful in a relationship with a boyfriend who has E.D. You two must love each other quite a bit.
