Yes I'd be fine with a used wallet. But no one buys used underwear unless they're fucking homeless. I'm not a cheapskate; I buy new when I should. Also you should really let your SO pick out their own underwear... it's just common courtesy. Ultimately in the grand scheme of things a used purse ranks pretty low on the list.
