My ass doesnt grow fast

I amworking harder than half my friends in the gym, I can squat almost 300 lbs, i can leg press 250 lbs, i can dead lift over 300 but my butt isn't as big as so many other girls that do nothing compared to me. Should I take my best friends male hormones to get a bigger butt? I am not transitioning, but my ass needs help.

    I personally don't think size matters as much as fitness and being toned (and I also don't understand the hype surrounding disproportionately huge butts either, but you do you).

    I wouldn't take hormones, though. Sounds like a bad idea and you'll most likely end up not looking good at all.

    I really hope you're not focusing your body goals on the Kardashians or what you see on Instagram, though. Not only is that unrealistic and it doesn't look good at all to the vast majority of people, but it's fake. Most of those Instagram photos are heavily edited.

    I agree with Mammal-lover that something like bicycling will probably be more likely to get you the results you're looking for, or at least give you some improvement.

    Why would you be concerned about how big you want your butt to be?

    My ass is average and I'm proud of it. Besides, booty pipes are made for shitting. Not to mention, having a smaller butt means no butt sweat during the summer.

    Be proud of your ass woman! Growing your ass out and comparing yours with others is an insecure mindset.

    Don't take make hornones. That'll fuck you up. Also do you wear ankle weights? If not do. Itll help a ton. I use to work for tsrget and got like ten miles a day with ankle weights and my ass was fire in no time.

    Do some bicycling. I think you are focusing far to much on lifting.

    Also big butts are just gross

        Yea it affects your butt. Take it from someone whos work had them walk 10+ miles a day with ankle weights. Mu butt is on fire. I maintain it by uno not just lifting weights
