It's very hard to forgive when someone is cruel to you. If was you I'd feel overwhelmed to forgive them but I would contact them throw text messages or call them but only talk to them for 2-3 minutes a day. Not ever see them face to face. Your parents did sick and disturbing things to you. They love you but they don't how to be parents. Keep your distance if you decide to only contact thoroughly something's that not face to face.
My abusive parents want to be forgiven. PLEASE HELP!
