that's completely normal. be sure to reassure her and be there for her to talk to. she has to get comfortable in her own body and have confidence, especially in this day of age! :) if she is concerned about that, i would say exercise with her! nothing too serious, but maybe go for a bike ride/run every day or every other day! or do a fun class like zumba, or even pilates! it will bring you two closer plus you'll both get fit and feel great. lastly, don't go on any diets especially for such a young age like hers, but just stress eating healthy. i preferably eat a vegetarian diet and i feel excellent from it! its much more healthy :) good luck and i hope you and your daughter have fun!
