As a teacher & you still just a former student he is not going to do anything, assuming there is really anything. So take a deep breath, put it aside, and make plans for yourself as someone who has just come of age as an adult. You have work & continued education to consider, leaving home perhaps, many things, including the possibility of other romances.
Stay in touch with your former teacher. You can see what develops over time. But build your life around yourself, not him, you are still so young.
